Central spikers lose road dual

OMAHA, Neb. — Central Christian College’s volleyball team stepped out of conference play on Tuesday and made the long trip to Nebraska to play Grace University.

The Royals were dominating in a 25-14, 25-19, 25-10 victory.

Rebekah Glessner and Morgan Cook came up with 8 kills apiece to lead the Tigers. Hannah Fredrickson accumulated 22 assists and Desiree Padilla supplied 17 digs.

The loss dropped Central to 5-15 on the year.

The Tigers return to Sooner Athletic Conference play this weekend with a Friday match at St. Gregory’s and a Saturday match against Southwestern Christian. The Tigers are looking for their second SAC victory.
